We are motivated by an incredible desire to see our boys and girls have fun, displaying their talents in a spirit of oneness, with skill and purpose, as they confidently seek goals of greatness.The Academy will be led by a committed team of professionals with years of experience in playing and administering the game. Coupled with a group of purpose-driven Parents, the process will be a collective undertaking with the entire focus being the development of the boys and girls.

This harmonious approach will ensure that the Children and their Parents, the Coaches and Administrators, are all part of the same forward and committed thrust, making the Academy the most sought after sporting organisation in Antigua and Barbuda. The intention is for us to concentrate on three major sporting disciplines: Football, Cricket, and Tennis. Cricket and Tennis will follow shortly.

We have received the endorsement of the owners of the St. Anthony’s Secondary School (SASS), as well as their blessings, for the use of their outstanding facility. The Academy will enter into a binding agreement with SASS, ensuring our immediate to medium term home base.
Academy members are accepted from ages 5 years to 16 years old. All players are expected to register and inform the management, through their parents, of any physical or medical challenge that would prevent him/her from fully participating in the training exercises. Our Coaching staff will represent the best in the business. All are qualified to instruct, having proven their worth as players, administrators and leaders in sports and management. Continued training will be part and parcel of our development goals.

The Academy will seek full membership in the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA). This will afford us the opportunity to secure training, participate in FIFA accredited tournaments, as well as locally sponsored organized games hosted by the ABFA. With so many scholarships available for ladies, we will develop a Ladies team to give each female player a real chance of an education through football. We anticipate that Boys U10 through to Boys U16 will make up the basis of the male aggregation, and will be similarly presented for educational opportunities abroad.

The Academy will use technology at its disposal to instruct and promote the members of the Academy in an effort to advance their personal development. We will have two days of teaching - one weekday, advancing through film and written instruction in a classroom setting, the technical side of the game. Our Saturday meetings will concentrate on the implementation and practical application of these methods on the field of play.

With appropriate funding, Academy players will be exposed to the best possible equipment to assist with their training. Further, all levels will be afforded the opportunity to tour, to pit their skills against other teams in different environments.

Funding is a critical part of the advancement of the Academy. All are expected to participate as it benefits each and every child in the programme.

We will seek to collaborate with individuals and groups to support our programme, and in return, provide through branding and naming rights tangible exposure for those products and services.

To provide a safe environment for boys and girls to flourish in their sport of choice, utilizing proven methods of training with practical, fun-filled, and skills- based instruction; to improve their knowledge, love and understanding of the game, enhancing opportunities for them to further their educational and sporting ambitions, and ultimately making them better persons to contribute to society.
